Come join us this Saturday and Sunday for an event located in a beautiful Mexican-style home. My clients are moving to Mexico and cannot take it all with them! Offered for sale are some beautiful pieces as well as many oil paintings painted by the homeowner, Reva Mattson. Reva is a listed artist and we will be offering a selection of her work at discounted prices! Please note that the entrance for the sale will be through the back door. We will NOT be using the front door. In addition, we have moved everything for sale to the bottom level. Nothing upstairs will be for sale. We look forward to seeing you this weekend!

Howe Estate Sales, LLC nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property! Cash only. We do not offer pre-sales. No list or numbers, please line up outside the door. We charge 9% CA sales tax unless you have a valid resale license. We will check resale numbers on site. Please bring your own packing material and boxes. Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. We do not have staff on hand to move. Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.
