Join us this Friday and Saturday in Glendale. My clients are moving and they need the bottom floor emptied. They are downsizing into a smaller home and selling off some of their larger pieces of furniture as well as usable household items.

All sales are final. All inventory is offered as is where is with no warranties. Cash only. We do not offer pre-sales. No list or numbers, please line up outside the door. We charge 9% CA sales tax unless you have a valid resale permit. We will check resale numbers on site. Please bring your own packing material and boxes. Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture.
