Please note: The address for the sale will be released at 6am the day of the sale. All jewelry, gold, and silver will be kept off the property until the times of the sale. Explore a 1927 French Norman Revival near the Arroyo in South Pasadena as we host our first on-site estate sale in quite some time. As our clients move across the country from this beautiful estate, they have decided to sell a large selection of fine china, designer clothing and a wide array of household items. Our client is an interior designer and avid collector, and has decided to liquidate a large portion of her collections as well. This will be a fun sale and surely not one to miss!
The entrance to the sale will be through the back of the home in a separate street. For your safety, we will be limiting the number of people in the house. Please be prepared to wait in line. We apologize for the inconvenience. Everyone will be let in first come, first served. You must physically wait in line, no lists permitted.

• We do not offer pre-sales.
• No list or numbers, please line up outside the door.
• Cash preferred. If needed, we will accept Credit and Debit cards, should cell signal allow for processing. Please have your valid photo ID ready as we may check it. Please bring cash for transactions under $20 to expedite check out as cell signal sometimes takes some time to process cards.
• Please bring your own packing material and boxes.
• Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.
• Sales tax will be collected on all items based on the delivery or pickup address. We will not be accepting resale licenses, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are purchasing an item for resale, please be sure to keep your receipt in your records. The California Department of Tax & Fee Administration has a section on the quarterly tax return where you are able to deduct the sale tax you paid once you sell an item.
