Sale Description:
Our client has decided it's time to downsize and is moving from her home off South Orange Grove into a lovely apartment near the ocean in Rancho Palos Verdes. We have a large selection of collectibles, fine china, crystal, silver, listed artwork, traditional furnishings, designer clothing, designer scarves, rugs and much more!
Due to COVID-19, LA County health guidelines and social distancing rules this will not be an in-person estate sale. Instead, this will be a virtual estate sale.
Please read everything below:
No pickup is available. Currently, due to LA County regulations we are unable to offer Curbside Pickup in Residential Zones.
In the meantime, we will be offering free local delivery to the surrounding Pasadena, CA area. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date once payment is confirmed. Free local delivery is available in:

If you live outside of these cities and would like to purchase an item, we will offer shipping services for certain smaller items. For items where shipping is not available, we can arrange to meet you at a specific time at the parking lot outside of Starbucks located at the corner of N. Orange Grove Blvd. & N. Fair Oaks Ave. in Pasadena. If you would like to do this, please type in 671 N. Fair Oaks Ave., Pasadena, CA 91103 as your delivery address and we will contact you to arrange a time where we can meet.
Sales tax will be collected on all items based on the delivery or pickup address. We will not be accepting resale licenses, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are purchasing an item for resale, please be sure to keep your receipt in your records. The California Department of Tax & Fee Administration has a section on the quarterly tax return where you are able to deduct the sale tax you paid once you sell an item.
In order to be fair to all customers, your cart will only be reserved for 20 minutes from the time that you place your first item in your cart. This time includes the time it will take you to checkout so please have your debit/credit card ready. To guarantee that you will be able to purchase the item you wish to purchase, we strongly encourage you to checkout as soon as you put each item in your cart. After 20 minutes your cart will be deleted and other customers will be able to purchase any items you placed in your cart.
The cart hold system works very well, but is not perfect. If you want an item we strongly encourage you to checkout immediately. We apologize in advance for any bugs or errors in the system. We are doing our best as a small, local business to create a fair system that works well. This website works best when using a desktop or laptop computer.
All items are sold as-is. We will describe all items to the best of our ability but please understand that everything is used (and likely vintage) so there will be some signs of wear. Signs of wear include but are not limited to scratches, marks and tarnishing. Please read all item descriptions and view all photos.
