Sale Description:
Join us this weekend for a fun sale with a view of the golf course and foothills! Our clients' parents were in the furniture business and have an array of vintage Mid-Century furniture and Asian accents that they collected over their life. They even knew the Marbro family and we have several of their hand painted Christmas cards! This sale will take place rain or shine.
The property is located on the back of the development. Please respect the neighbors and parking restrictions. Please obey all posted parking signs. Parking is only permitted on one side of the street.

We do not offer pre-sales.

Cash preferred. If needed, we will accept DEBIT cards, should cell signal allow for processing. Please have your valid photo ID ready as we may check it. ALL transactions under $50 will be subject to a $1 fee. Cash transactions will have this fee waived.
We collect 8.75% California sales tax unless you have a valid California resale license and are purchasing the items for resale. We will verify resale numbers on site with the CA Board of Equalization.
Please bring your own packing material and boxes.
Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.
