Sale Description:
A fun San Marino estate sale packed with treasures from a lifetime of collecting. We have everything from vintage furnishings, a plethora of paperweights, figurines, clocks, clothing, coins, thousands of books and much more! Even "Squirtle" the pet fish is for sale!
Our client loved British and WWII history. Many of the books are about Churchill, WWII, the Royal Family, and cooking. There is so much here.. so be prepared to spend a good portion of the day looking through this packed home.
Please note that the sale will take place on the first level, garage, and backyard. The family is living in the house so please do not disturb them. All gold, silver, and expensive case Items will not be onsite until Saturday morning at 9am. We will have an armed security guard. Please, respect the neighborhood and the home.

Cash preferred. If needed, we will accept DEBIT cards, should cell signal allow for processing. Please have your valid photo ID ready as we may check it. ALL transactions under $50 will be subject to a $1 fee. Cash transactions will have this fee waived.
We collect 8.75% California sales tax unless you have a valid California resale license and are purchasing the items for resale. We will verify resale numbers on site with the CA Board of Equalization.
Please bring your own packing material and boxes.
Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.
